NAME’S JORDAN

An independent action short built through production design, cinematography, visual effects, editing and collaboration.

Writer, director and producer Srived Majumder brought the team together through House of Films. Several collaborators studied at CEA through the Advanced Film Production and Visual Effects programs.

Created independently by House of Films and its wider cast and crew. This is a community example, not an outcome of the Film Technology and Production program.

FILM / THE WORKFLOW

From first idea. To the screen.

  1. Pre-production

    Develop the script, storyboard and shot plan. Build a schedule that takes the idea into production.

  2. Post-production

    Shape the edit, sound and colour. Bring the film together through finishing and final delivery.

  3. Independent exhibition

    Prepare a synopsis, stills, trailer and press kit. Identify suitable festivals and independent screenings, then plan submissions and delivery.
